Team ADKR can play a maximum of 9 overseas players while it is mandatory for each franchise to play a minimum of 2 local UAE-based players so Emirates Cricket Board can groom the young talent of UAE who can one day win the big title like the World Cup for the Arab Nation. One player can be from the other associate nations in the playing eleven.
