Women’s Premier League is inching closer to its 2nd edition of the tournament which is scheduled to be played from February to March 2024. BCCI has successfully held the WPL player auction event in which every team finalized a team squad between 15 to 18 players including a maximum limit of 6 overseas players. Before the auction, they had released a media tender for both linear & digital WPL rights for the coming five years which was won by Viacom18 at a historic broadcast deal worth INR 951 crore (USD 116.7 million approx.) to provide WPL live streaming 2024 in India. Which Team Will Win WPL 2024?

All five teams participating in the Women’s Premier League have picked well-balanced WPL 2024 team squads with a nice mixture of experienced and young women cricketers in the country. But I believe, Royal Challengers Bangalore has a slightly better-looking squad with Smrithi Mandhana, Sophie Devine, Ellyse Perry, Renuka Singh & Richa Ghosh all in one franchise which is pretty exciting but again RCB in IPL also had the big games but couldn’t able to win a single title so far.
