The retentions made in PBKS team squad in IPL 2024 looks good enough but they were very eager to sign quality overseas players who can offer multiple roles and I think they did a pretty good job finding those. Sam Curran got picked by Punjab for a historic highest-ever bid because of his brilliant performance at the ICC Men’s World T20I Final while Sikandar Raza got picked at a pretty good bargain price.
Shikhar Dhawan will be the PBKS captain who has recently done quite well as a leader in the International circuit for India and one would hope he would carry the same confidence in the franchise.

If there is one franchise, that every Indian fan would like to see WIN an IPL title it would surely be RCB because of the affiliation of Virat Kohli.
